About Me
Listening is my superpower
I’m Liz Parsons, a Canadian expat living in Europe. After working as a performance coach and career coach at a top Canadian university for nearly a decade, I moved to Europe and launched Comfort Challenge Coaching.
My coaching method is simple but effective: I listen. I ask questions. I challenge you.
1) I listen to you. When was the last time you felt truly listened to? You will feel validated and supported because I am 100% in your corner.
2) I ask you questions. Insightful, powerful questions that make you look at things from a new perspective, and help you become aware of new possibilities.
3) I challenge you towards your goals. Not my goals, not someone else’s goals, YOUR goals. I will call you out when I see you act in ways that contradict your goals.
